By accessing or using Bhavishyavani.org ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Nature of service

Bhavishyavani provides AI-generated Vedic astrology, palmistry, tarot and numerology reports. These reports are for reflection, guidance and entertainment only. They are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Do not make major life decisions based solely on our reports.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Account

You are responsible for keeping your Google sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth details, palm photos, and other intake information you submit.

4. Pricing & payment

Each premium report costs ₹199 (INR) unless otherwise stated. Free tools are free forever. Payments are processed by Razorpay and captured immediately after successful payment.

5. Refund policy

Because AI reports are generated instantly upon successful payment, all sales are generally final. However:

• If the AI fails to generate your report and cannot recover within 24 hours, we will refund you in full.
• If you were charged but never received a report or email confirmation, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

To request a refund, write to reports@bhavishyavani.org with your order ID.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not submit obscene, illegal, or misleading content (e.g., palm photos of others without their consent).
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or automate scraping of the Service.
• Do not use the Service to defame, harass or defraud anyone.

7. Intellectual property

The Bhavishyavani name, logo, prompts, code and design are our property. The AI-generated report content you purchase is licensed to you for personal use — you may print, share and keep it, but you may not resell it or republish it commercially.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or predictive value of AI-generated interpretations. The Vedic frameworks we use are traditional and interpretive; outcomes are not guaranteed.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access ends but your paid reports remain available until you request deletion.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
